How to upload files for download to the user

Because of this rushing technology and CMS (Content Management System) is getting popular, the bloggers blog is getting popularity as it is known as the easiest and most convenient free blog making and being used globally. However, some of the authors (or I mean us) there's a time when we need to upload files so that our blog readers well can easily interact or understand the topic.
In this tutorial, I'm gonna teach on how the other authors upload their files.
